Last Night's Dinner

Let me tell you something, there is something so subtlely perfect about a nice piece of grilled slamon. And I don't mean all fancied up with sauces, etc. I mean straight grilled, salt, pepper, olive oil, done! The art of grilling can be tricky, but with a little practice all will be well.
1 piece salmon
olive oil
Heat grill to high
Prep salmon filet by rubing both sides of fish with olive oil and sprinkle liberally with salt and pepper (both sides)
Reduce grill heat to medium
Scrape grill and wipe down with oil rag
Place salmon on grill
5-6 minutes each side per pound
Remove from grill
